KHVAのご紹介

金沢ホームビジット友の会（非営利任意団体、略称KHVA）は、外国人旅行者に市内の普通の家庭を開放して訪問いただく機会を提供してきました。家庭訪問の際には、家族の人々と親しく語り合い、身近に日本の生活習慣を見学することができ、訪問家庭によって内容は異なりますが、茶道、生け花、着付け、書道や折り紙などの体験をお楽しみいただけます。

 

設立：2003年

訪問者数：累計約20,000人（2019年末現在）

登録受入家庭数：20

家庭当たりの受入訪問者数：２～５人（５人を超える場合、複数家庭に分散します）

一日当たりの訪問者数：５人以上、最多20人位まで (受入家庭の事情により異なります)

家庭訪問時間：原則的に、朝９：３０から１１：００の１時間半

使用言語：日本語、英語、（または中国語）

料金：当会の必要経費として、訪問者一人当たり3,500円をお支払いください。

Introduction of KHVA

Kanazawa Home-visit Association (a non-profit private organization known as KHVA) has been providing foreign tourists with a good chance to visit a local home to enjoy talking with the host family over tea and to learn the distinctive Japanese lifestyle at first hand, where traditional culture (such as tea ceremony, flower arrangement, kimono dressing, calligraphy and/or paper folding) might be experienced.

No. of visitors up to end of 2019: around 20,000

No. of registered host families: 20

No. of visitors per host family: two (2) to five (5). (A larger group of more than these are divided into sub-groups.)

Total number of visitors entertained a day: 5 to around 20 depending on the conveniences of host families.

Time of home-visit: basically from 9:30 to 11:00 (one hour and half) in the morning

Language used: Japanese, English, (or Chinese). As no guide/interpreter is provided, at least one visitor per host family should be able to speak Japanese, English (or Chinese).

Home-visit fees: ３,500 yen per visitor to be paid as KHVA's necessary expense
